Founded by environmentalist David de Rothschild   From devastation to restoration, together. You can’t stop the fire. But you can plant what comes after. Ashes to Eden is a non-profit founded by renowned environmentalist and explorer David de Rothschild, created in direct response to the growing wildfire crisis in Los Angeles. Our mission is simple but powerful: to restore what was lost, land, wildlife, and human connection. We reforest fire-damaged land with native species, rebuild habitats, and create healing spaces for families, especially children affected by the trauma of fire. Together, we’re turning ashes into a living legacy.

The recent Los Angeles wildfires have left countless families devastated, without homes or basic necessities. I feel a deep responsibility to help, which is why I’m launching a personal relief campaign to provide urgent aid—shelter, food, clothing, and supplies to support those in need.
